- Beta signup: Your email address and optional name, submitted voluntarily through the early access form.
- Support tickets: Your email address, subject, and message body, submitted voluntarily through the support form.
We do not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or any third-party data collection tools on this website.
GrooveGrid software
The GrooveGrid application does not collect any data. No telemetry, no usage analytics, no crash reports, no phone-home. Your projects, samples, and settings stay on your machine.
How we use your data
- Email addresses are used only to notify you about early access availability and to respond to support requests.
- We do not sell, share, or rent your data to third parties.
- We do not send marketing emails beyond early access notifications you signed up for.
Where your data is stored
Data submitted through the website is stored in a PostgreSQL database on a server hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. The server is secured with SSH key authentication and encrypted connections.
Data retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
